This changelog is for TESID itself, as distinct from any *implementation* of TESID.

Initial release. No further releases are anticipated,
especially because almost any change will break compatibility,
and any upgrade path would be very likely to be messy.
But I choose to number the TESID scheme for robustness in case I do make a second version under the same name.
